{"id":13702,"date":"2020-03-27T14:00:21","date_gmt":"2020-03-27T13:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.salesianos.edu\/revistasmx\/?p=13702"},"modified":"2020-03-30T20:33:33","modified_gmt":"2020-03-30T18:33:33","slug":"les-escoles-de-temps-de-lleure-salesianes-al-segle-xxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.salesianos.edu\/revistasmx\/ca\/les-escoles-de-temps-de-lleure-salesianes-al-segle-xxi\/","title":{"rendered":"Les escoles de temps de lleure salesianes al segle XXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=\u00bb1&#8243; admin_label=\u00bbsection\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb3.22&#8243;][et_pb_row admin_label=\u00bbrow\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb3.25&#8243; background_size=\u00bbinitial\u00bb background_position=\u00bbtop_left\u00bb background_repeat=\u00bbrepeat\u00bb][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb3.25&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb|||\u00bb custom_padding__hover=\u00bb|||\u00bb][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243; hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Maria Rabinal<\/strong>, Comissi\u00f3 Inspectorial de Centres Juvenils<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A la nostra Inspectoria comptem amb diverses <strong>escoles d&#8217;animaci\u00f3<\/strong> i temps lliure gestionades per la pr\u00f2pia <strong>Inspectoria<\/strong> o les <strong>Federacions de Centres Juvenils<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0 l\u00b4<strong>Arag\u00f3<\/strong> tenim l&#8217;<strong>Escola Pirineos<\/strong>; a <strong>Val\u00e8ncia<\/strong> <strong>Don Bosco Escola<\/strong>; a la <strong>Regi\u00f3 de M\u00farcia<\/strong>, de recent creaci\u00f3, <strong>Recrea<\/strong> i a <strong>Andalusia<\/strong> la <strong>Escuela Don Bosco.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tot i que la realitat de les escoles salesianes de temps de lliure a Espanya \u00e9s molt dispar, en la nostra Inspectoria <strong>s\u00f3n la base de la formaci\u00f3 als nostres centres juvenils<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per qu\u00e8? Doncs perqu\u00e8 les escoles de temps de lleure formen els animadors\/es i educadors\/es i en gran part, tamb\u00e9 dep\u00e8n d&#8217;elles la transmissi\u00f3 de valors i la identitat salesiana.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Fa nom\u00e9s uns anys el paradigma digital empeny les escoles a canviar la seva forma d&#8217;impartir els cursos de monitor i director de temps de lleure per l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de la modalitat a dist\u00e0ncia. Se&#8217;ns v\u00e9nen al cap paraules com comoditat, flexibilitat, llibertat, recursos &#8230; per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 impersonalitat, fredor, cosa que, de primeres, sembla allunyat de la proximitat i familiaritat que ens caracteritza.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>A causa d&#8217;aquests canvis, a finals de febrer de 2020, va tenir lloc a <strong>Saragossa<\/strong> el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesianos.edu\/Articulos\/12039\/1\/1\/Zaragoza-acoge-el-VI-Foro-de-Escuelas-de-Tiempo-Libre-Salesianas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>VI F\u00f2rum d&#8217;Escoles de Temps de Lleure Salesianes<\/strong><\/a> amb la tem\u00e0tica de la formaci\u00f3 a dist\u00e0ncia. Els experts ens van donar a con\u00e8ixer nous termes i enfocaments formatius, amb els quals vam reflexionar per situar-los en les nostres realitats.<\/p>\n<p>El nostre pensament inicial era clar: \u00abDeixem els continguts importants per a la part presencial i el menys important en l\u00ednia\u00bb. Error! Els animadors i animadores conviuen amb la tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>Si formem amb e-Learning (modalitat mixta: presencial i a dist\u00e0ncia), els estem apropant m\u00e9s a la realitat. Per exemple, es poden aprendre danses presencialment i despr\u00e9s completar la formaci\u00f3 amb una recerca de recursos sobre danses per a infants.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta nova forma d&#8217;ensenyament i d\u00b4aprenentatge requereix que tots (estudiants, professors i institucions) aprenguem noves compet\u00e8ncies. Si nom\u00e9s traslladem a una formaci\u00f3 presencial al e-Learning (formaci\u00f3 a dist\u00e0ncia utilitzant Internet), probablement no resultar\u00e0 reeixida; cal reorganitzar la formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per aconseguir que l&#8217;aprenentatge sigui significatiu, \u00e9s m\u00e9s \u00fatil fer avaluaci\u00f3 continuada i no \u00fanicament un examen\u00a0 o un treball final.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, com podem impregnar la nostra petjada salesiana a la formaci\u00f3 a dist\u00e0ncia? Amb petits detalls, com per exemple, utilitzar materials corporatius; impartint formacions centrades en la persona, personalitzant, i partint de la seva pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia; fomentar la reflexi\u00f3 i el sentit cr\u00edtic pot donar-li un valor afegit &#8230; Finalment, i potser el m\u00e9s important, evitar que l&#8217;alumnat es senti sol.<\/p>\n<p>Per a aix\u00f2, hem de fer el mateix que presencialment: apropar-nos a ells. Com?
